Delete an OpenRank account
You can delete your OpenRank account at any time, directly from the app.
From the app

Open OpenRank and go to the Settings tab.

Scroll to the Danger zone section.

Tap Delete my account.

Confirm: enter your username if asked, then validate deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion is immediate in live databases. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days:
- your profile (username, email, photo, customisation);
- all your trips, GPS traces and telemetry;
- your vehicles;
- comments, reactions and social interactions;
- follows and club memberships;
- notifications, achievements and XP progress;
- leaderboard entries;
- push notification tokens.
This action is irreversible.
Without access to the app
If you can no longer sign in, request deletion by email, stating the address linked to the account.
